United Methodists are called to step out of our corner of the world to spread the good news, transform hopelessness into hope and help God’s children wherever they may be.

The Florida Annual Conference stretches over 700 miles, west of Tallahassee to the Florida Keys. Between are 740 churches with more than 320,000 members from numerous ethnic backgrounds making up one dynamic church.

In April of 2007 Rotary International partnered with AHF to assist Hurricane Wilma survivors. Their contribution of $38,000 will go a long way to help these families in need.

Orange Bowl Committee
In October of 2006 The Orange Bowl Committee partnered with Adopt a Hurricane Family, Inc. to help make our program a success.

During a special presentation, on July 26th, 2006, the Majic Children's Fund/Majic102.7 presented Adopt a Hurricane Family, Inc. (AHF) with a grand total of $35,000, received from their listeners during the May 23rd Radio-thon to help the kids and their families in the two parks.

Many thanks to The Salvation Army of Ft Lauderdale for partnering with AHF to help these families in need.  The Salvation Army is providing furniture, clothing and other personal needs by matching the vouchers AHF purchases for the families that have moved out of the FEMA trailers!  The vouchers can be used at any of their 5 Family Stores in Broward County.
